Will Sam somehow get super solider serum powers at some point or will he stick with his own skills? Did he ever get super solider powers in the comics when he became Captain America?
I don’t think Sam got the serum in the comics, but he did have a bigger connection to birds. Not sure if MCU will ever explore that part of him. He had the mechanical ones in Civil War, but not real birds.
Considering that trying and failing to replicate the super soldier serum has been a recurring element of the MCU, I don't think they're suddenly just going to have a serum to give Sam just because he is going to be Captain America.
