Thanos' return to the MCU

Does anyone think Thanos might return.

Because unlike in many concept arts that showed Thanos getting his head chopped off. He was erased from existence.

And as far as we know the effects of the stones could be undone.

So basically he is dead, but not dead, dead. He is like imprisoned. He gets erased and the stones are returned to their timeline. So basically it's like Odin trapping Hela.

There are still many villains we haven't seen in the mcu. But in the future, do u think any villains might bring thanos back?

A villain with the power to travel through time, like Kang the conquerer.

So what u guys think?

Ronan is not coming back, the power stone destroyed him. The only way he can come back is like what happened to alternate gamora and loki using time travel

But i doubt that

Yeah, we dont knoe if the past ronan died since he couldve been brought to the present day. Also, the end of Cap Marvel will make sense.

Most likely by thinking of everyone who was fighting for Thanos. Imagine if he also thought of non-dead MCU villains and snapped them away too? That would be pretty interesting.

Yeah, we don’t know for sure what Stark was thinking, but it also interesting to note that also the ships disappeared too. Like everything from Thanos was dusted away. If Gamora survived, then Tony specified it to the threat of Thanos and his army, not an undoing of their arrival. That’s my guess based on the results.

On the idea of all villains being snapped away, that would be one way to do a “soft reboot” with the next phase. All threats from before are now gone. I don’t think that’s what Tony did though. The problem would be the term “villain” or even a “threat”. It would be subjective to that person and could be that be careful what you wished for too. Certainly a way to have a clean slate for future films and shows, but I don’t think Tony was that specific. That would be interesting for sure.

The deleted scenes and the whole point of the next plot of the Guardians of the Galaxy now, implies Gamora is alive.
