Merry Christmas to all you Marvel and Deadpool fans, out there. Today, I've got great news in regards to the future of Ryan Reynolds's Deadpool. The actor himself has officially confirmed that Deadpool 3 is in development over at Marvel Studios, with Ryan Reynolds looking to find ways to integrate the film into the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ever since the Disney acquisition of 20th Century Fox, fans have wondered how exactly Marvel and Disney are going to integrate the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and Deadpool into the MCU. We've also wondered how Marvel and Disney were going to try and fit the R-rated character in the MCU, given the franchise's PG-13 kid-friendly environment. Well, currently, Ryan Reynolds and the development team over at Marvel Studios are trying to find ways to properly put Deadpool into the MCU fold without drastically changing the nature of the character. But, now, this means that Deadpool 3 is happening, and Marvel Studios and Ryan Reynolds are ready to introduce the Merc With A Mouth into the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Check out the article below, and let me know what you think in the comments. Are you guys excited that Deadpool will finally be joining the MCU, and which characters are you looking forward to seeing Deadpool crossover with in future films? I don't know about you, but the idea of Deadpool teaming up with Spider-Man puts a bigger smile on my face than Thanos trying to eliminate half of all life in the universe. 😁
