Also, "Roger Stevens" was a joke.

In a deleted scene, you can see that man’s face, so that rules out that guy.

You don't see his face canonically, so it could have been retconed.

They are if they don't alter the events portrayed in the original cut of the film.

You're both right. The wiki considers deleted scenes canon if they don't provide a contradiction, the same way it does for "inspired canon" comics. But, the same as with the inspired canon comics, they're still not actual official canon, even though the wiki treats them as such.

I don’t understand how Steve is Peggy’s husband in the original timeline, didn’t hulk or the ancient one day that if you change the past it’ll create an alternate reality so if Steve went back to Peggy wouldn’t that have created a new timeline so he wouldn’t have been able to go back to Bucky and Sam unless he used the machine thing (don’t know what it’s called 😅)
