Not anyone, only powerful beings. In IW Thor said to the Guardians (when they asked why they couldn't have a weapon like thor) that one weapon like Storbreaker would disintegrate their bodies.

One thing I didn't like was the fact that Captain America lifted Stormbreaker but his no powerful being.

Yeah I wasn't a big fan of cap hogging mjolnir like it was his hammer. It just undoes the moment of happiness thor has when he realises hes still worthy.

Just because someone held an infinity stone doesn't mean they can lift mijolnir...

For example, thanos did not actually lift mijolnir, he just held cap's hand!

Besides, in order to hold an infinity stone you must be strong and powerful, but in order to lift mijolnir, power isn't enough, just as we saw hulk struggle to lift the hammer in the first avengers movie. In order to lift mijolnir, you need to be worthy. Besides, Peter Quill held an infinity stone, and he never summoned mijolnir.

Not everyone can lift stormbreaker.

Captain america is one of the only powerful avenger which his power comes from not only a suit or body, but his power comes from his will and soul.

Also, when groot held stormbreaker, it was not complete. That is why thor did not summon it until after groot broke off his hand.

I'm not too sure about the 'you need to be powerful' to wield one of the stones. After guardians of the galaxy (2014) everyone just seems to hold a stone with no consequences.

i’m pretty sure if tony stark survived the snap when he used the iron man nano gauntlet, then he would’ve been “worthy” enough to lift mjolnir
