This Avenger could beat Thanos alone.

Kevin Fiege thinks that Captain Marvel is the strongest Marvel character of all time and seeing her movie didn't made us doubt about it. But there is someone among Earth's Mightiest Heroes, who could have rip Thanos' carrier apart. And it's none other, than Wanda Maximoff AKA Scarlet Witch. Feige confirmed that if Thanos didn't call his army to help, Wanda could have defeated him. We couldn't argue about that, but I think it was the best choice was that they gave Tony Stark the chance to end the Mad Titan, once and for all. What do you guys think?

If Wanda can crush Thanos I don't see why Captain Marvel couldn't just plow right through him, especially since she blew right through his ship. Then again, the Hadron enforcer couldn't destroy Ronan but it could blow up a moon, unless Rocket was exaggerating (or maybe a bigger target creates a bigger blast, like with the power stone).

Wanda was a total badass and she had beaten the crap out of Thanos and just so that Thanos could have some chance of survival, he asked the maw to launch an attack even if it meant killing his own army
