After SM3: Matt reveals himself to Peter as a superhero. He tells about his team (Defenders) and asks Peter to join. Peter says he can make it on  his own and Matt agrees.

The perfect opportunity to crossover the movie and TV sides of the MCU. Plus, I really want a Spider-Man/Daredevil crossover. 😁

If someone were to ask me what is the thing I most wish for in the MCU: Spider-Man and Daredevil together. Nothing else would interest me. I just want Charlie Cox and Tom Holland together. 

Daredevil is not a team person and the Defenders are disbanded.

I would rather have Deadpool and spiderman together 

Why exactly? They don't match up at all. Daredevil is perfect for a potential Spider-Man 3 storyline.

Would also give Wilson Fisk a chance to star as a villain in a Spider-Man film!

Have a small reference to Deadpool in the movie, like throw a line where they say the name Wade Wilson. It won't hurt anyone. But I prefer the MCU to play with their canon (pseudo-canon in the case of the Netflix heroes)...
