I wouldn't mind Luke Cage joining the Avengers as is in the comics. Although, he would have to be changed as he is sort of in not a good place as the character - a crime boss.

After SM3: Matt reveals himself to Peter as a superhero. He tells about his team (Defenders) and asks Peter to join. Peter says he can make it on  his own and Matt agrees.

The perfect opportunity to crossover the movie and TV sides of the MCU. Plus, I really want a Spider-Man/Daredevil crossover. 😁

If someone were to ask me what is the thing I most wish for in the MCU: Spider-Man and Daredevil together. Nothing else would interest me. I just want Charlie Cox and Tom Holland together. 

Daredevil is not a team person and the Defenders are disbanded.
