I think it will, but with cosmic heroes like captain marvel and the guardians known they might form sword as an extension/expansion to S.H.I.E.L.D.
<p>it should’ve been said in endgame a faction of SHIELD was holding together what was left of the world, but as of right now I think SHIELD would return considering how most of the Avengers are defunct, dead or off somewhere. </p><p>
