I don’t believe that season 6 will totally be just ignoring infinity war i mean they have mentioned civil war several times in season 3 and it wasn’t exactly on the first few episodes ..but throughout.
On behalf of endgame, keeping any hope for hearing about Endgame in the movie is totally pointless because even though AoS has its differences it’s not 5 years ahead of us.. I mean it’s complicated in space but it’s not aligned with endgame so .. I mean if you look at it ironman is alive because it’s 2019 whereas he dies in 2023 ..so poof (off topic.apologies!!) but yeah it’s all about the time ..Endgame really won’t make a difference until and unless AoS renews up until 2023 and then..they finally might be happy to clean up the mess avengers made however even if they are renewed for that I don’t think they would want to dig it up as much or show it as such a big deal
Although, what makes me sad is now even though they’re based in the same universe ..they really aren’t like because of all the time differences and everything ..unlike s3 they can’t mention civil war every now and then they have to keep the difference in mind because it is a BIG Difference ..
I don’t think anyone expects the show to reference Endgame in the sense what they did 5 years later, but Endgame showed a world that bleak and grim. It was taking time for people to bounce back. When Lang was waking around and overhead view of baseball stadium and city. Season 6 seems to be ignoring those events and tragedy.
You can know if the two divisions, studios and TV, communicated more often about it. It’s not hard for the film side to tell the TV side “Not going to tell you how they bring them back, but the world is devastated and will be for about 5 years.”
It’s not about the two divisions contacting each other about it, not in anyway tbh
If you look at it..it’s about the audience, the same universe shares the same audience (not precisely but in this case) were talking about endgame and AoS were talking studios and tv..they have to keep in mind maybe they studios walked to tv and said “infinity depression goes on for the next 5 year so don’t do anything stupid” i mean it all leads to the audience at the end
Audience has seen Infinity War, they know the world takes a hit. Fury end credits scene even shows it with a helicopter falling out of the sky. It’s not about the audience.
Speaking of audience. The truth is that there are more people who watch only the films, but not the MCU shows. I don’t think I have encounter anyone that only watches the TV shows, but haven’t been watching the films, at least most of them.
MCU Films Trumps MCU TV shows and this is an example of that.
Oh yeah I totally agree with that , the MCU movies have a higher range of fans then the shows obviously it’s just a bigger fan base for them
And yes again, I haven’t encountered one either
However I’ve met people who see the movies and the shows .. so for those people they need to keep in mind that they don’t get confused with the timeline..which is what’s happening right now
However, Endgame was 3 hours long but it barely scratched the surface of what happened throughout the 5 years..I mean again it did have a lot to catch up
So atleast there must be someone showing a tiny glimpse of how they’ve been holding up with the after effects of the snap..I mean sure first few episodes of AoS don’t show you that but I guess it’s coming up
(Side note : do not spill any s6 spoilers or I will find u and end u!!!)
I haven’t watched any of it yet, (rewatching the entire show) but it takes place a year after S5 and S5 took place just before/during infinity war but there’s no snap repercussions/fallout/consequences because those making the season didn’t know the endgame story and couldn’t incorporate it, even if it does create a massive paradox/continuity error.
yeah ,well hey were on the same page then yay
And yeah I mean let’s just say it’s a sheeeeer coincidence where that none of their members were wiped out
I mean half of them were inhumans and one was from the future so like eh narrows it down doesn’t it
