I know that non-worthy beings can lift Stormbreaker as long as they are strong enough, being that Thanos lifted it, and I highly doubt Thanos is worthy. However, I also doubt that Thanos is able to call Stormbreaker to himself. There's this one scene in Endgame where Cap calls Stormbreaker to him while Thor calls Mjolnir to him, before they exchange weapons. However, before we've only seen Thor be able to call Stormbreaker. Does this mean anyone worthy of Mjolnir can call Stormbreaker to them?

In the first Thor movie, Odin basically told Mjolnir that only the worthy can lift the hammer. No one did that to stormbreaker so I think that anyone can lift stormbreaker
Yeah, but I'm asking about who can summon it to himself or herself. I know that beings like Thanos can lift Stormbreaker, but I highly doubt he can summon it to himself. So, does that mean only those who are worthy of Mjolnir can summon Stormbreaker to themselves?
Well, when Odin is putting the incantation on Mjolnir he says, "Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor." So it's possible that only Thor, and those worthy, can call Stormbreaker. So if Cap is worthy, he can call both.
Yes because he is worthy of the power of thor which includes summoning both hammers

As @DJ21Williams said, anyone with the power of Thor can wield Thor’s weapons. Captain America, though not being Thor, had the power of Thor since he was able to lift Mjolnir. And thus, he may have been able to wield Stormbreaker too. Also, you just need sheer strength to wield Stormbreaker, which I think Mjolnir gives to Captain America. We don’t have any solid reasons and it should be understood that this is just a conjecture.
I thought the reason Thanos wielded Stormbreaker was that Thor called it to him and Thanos snagged it before Thor got his hands on it.
