Along with Nebula, I would put Drax and maybe Rocket up there too (we don’t know much about the specifics of his backstory but from how he described it in GOTG I imagine it’s quite horrific). And since I’m including Nebula, Gamora could qualify as well. Also, I think Quill wins the dead-parents-at-young-age competition. His love for his mom was immeasurable so having him lose her and then threatened to be eaten by his new foster family the next few years makes for a pretty tragic backstory too.
I argue spidey's up there. Lost his parents. Then his uncle who was a second father to him. And to realize it was a person he could have stopped but decided not to. I get everyone else's but dang to know you could have stopped it. That's torture in its purest form

Wanda, she lost her parents, her country, her brother (she actually felt him die), and Vision (she killed him then watched him be killed by Thanos). When she “died” she looked pretty relieved because she wanted to die. Sure she’ll comeback but still pretty tragic.

<p>I think its Cap because of the whole man out of time thing but then also having to see Peggy had moved on and grew old without him and then her death. Not to mention his parents passing so earlier in his life. Oh yeah AND watching his bestfriend die twice. Of course the decimation affected everyone but I'm sure he takes a majority of the blame since he was largely (though not entirely at all) responsible for the Avengers disbanding.</p>
