Probably just me but, nope. Vision's not worthy, but the Mind Stone? Yes.
<p>If Captain America is "worthy" to budge the hammer, while the man whose parents murder he's currently lying about is right there in the room with him (not to mention Cap's actions in general), there is no reason a newborn A.I. with a clean record can't lift that hammer. </p><p>

it's not the mind stone. Vision is worthy cause he's not a dude. He's a baby, an grown up innocent baby.
