I have never questioned caps choices.
We can see why he hid it from Stark.. telling Stark wasnt going to help anyone and thats what we saw in Civil War. He knew Tony was still to emotional and wouldnt forgive Bucky even though Bucky wasnt controlling himself.. You have to know that hiding this secret took a toll on Cap. He love all his friends and dosnt want to see any of them hurt.. Could have ripped Tonys head off in Civil War but instead disables his suit.. His actions in his life put Bruce and Clint and others to shame when it compares to worthiness of Mjolnir..
<p>@MarvelWatson Um, you don't think the *circumstances* in which Tony found out didn't contribute just a tad to how he reacted? To say nothing of how plain sick it is to keep something that personal from a person who you aren't even related to. </p>
I just think Cap didn't even have enough time to figure out how to tell Tony what happened with everything else that's going on. I think once everything calmed down Cap would have told Tony when everyone was inna better state of mind.. Tony hasn't known this secret for 20 plus years so what is another few weeks for Cap to try and figure things out. Instead of Cap rushing right into it causing more harm than good..
In Tony's state of mind during Civil War there was no way he could take that info and forgive Bucky. Cap has seen what Tony is going through guilt wise and didnt want to add to it at that moment. I think waiting could have helped alot but Zemo fucked that up.
You make it seem like Cap is a terrible person for doing what he did when he isn't. Cap is the man and he does the best he can with what he's given.. which isnt very much at times.

Noone knew it was the winter soldier who killed Tony's parents. Tony found out in the clip in Civil War. Bucky and Steve never talked about anything in Winter Soldier.. Bucky ditched Cap at the end.. Steve found out in Civil War and the time between him finding out Bucky killed Tony's parents to them all fighting in Russia wasn't even a few days. Cap had no time to figure things out and tell Tony.
<p>He didn't know it was Bucky, but he straight up says in CW that he did know they were murdered by Hydra. And this is revealed in TWS by the Zola program. </p>

Vision from the beginning was great!!! But he was a background character so I new later on he would do something great...... but I didn’t think it would be that I was totally 😳
