Going with Daredevil. Would be a hell of a fight though. Mainly because of the lack of experience Spiderman has so far. They tried to show it by clearly showing he forgot about Starks advice when he was in the heat of battle. Isnt a good sign that even in a non lethal fight he was so nervous that a mistake like that could have killed him in a real fight. He also still dosnt know how to use his suit very well. Takes him a while to find his groove in Homecoming. Not having Spidey senses yet cant help either.. yah just a scene.. but hes young and oblivious enough to not notice Ned sitting on his bed while closing his door.. Could only imagine him sneaking into the Building while not noticing Daredevil is even there. This fight seems like it would be more close combat which seems to favour Daredevil. That guy can fight man. Some of the best fight scenes i have seen are in that show. Guy can take down 10 plus armed men with a chain. Can take a beating like i havnt seen Spiderman take. Reminds me of Rocky.. The more you hit him the more badass he is. Seems like it would be unlikely for Spiderman to catch Daredevil offguard with his abilites.. can probably hear Peter and FRIDAY talking lol listening in on their plans. Daredevil hasnt faced anyone like Spiderman but he has a much more brutal side to him that Spidy wouldnt wanna mess with. Spidy seems like he would be better in a location like the airport where he could keep his distance and web him up.

@Benny. Dont think Spidy could sense everything yet.. pretty sure his senses kicked in during Infinity War. Or atleast enhanced in IW. Daredevil probably had stronger senses at the time wouldnt you think. Even in Homecoming he didnt know Aunt May was there lol... dulled senses.

@Benny. Lets hope it wasnt at full potential or else he would have sensed Ned in his bedroom or Aunt May being home while he has the suit on in Homecoming.

I can get kind of understand that maaybe the movie creators didnt even worry about that and just wanted a comedic surprise. Breaking the Falcon he works so hard on lol. But it still makes Peter look bad

Regarding Spider-Man’s Spidey Sense, I have seen arguments supporting both @MarvelWatson’s and @BennyHef234’s positions. I first agreed with @BennyHef234 that Peter always had full use of his Spidey Sense, but it simply didn’t go off unless there was an immediate threat to his physical safety. This explains why it didn’t warn him about Ned, May, and even Nick Fury in the FFH trailer. None of them were physical threats. However, I’ve since read a couple of sources that align more @MarvelWatson’s argument. See

I now think it’s most likely a combination of the two. I think Peter DID have use of his Spidey Sense in Civil War, and it did help him, but he hadn’t totally learned how to use it to its fullest potential.

I’m less familiar with Daredevil’s ability. I get the impression that Murdock uses much of his power to compensate for his blindness. Any additional benefit he derives from it in combat seems about as useful to him as the Spidey Sense is to Spider-Man.

I therefore think neither character gets a significant battle advantage over the other from these abilities.

*Fighting Skills / Attack Potency / Durability*

Daredevil is a more versatile, skilled, and experienced fighter than Spider-Man, no question. See youtu.be/DvdrDib_Rv4 vs youtu.be/SpOYbAEWb5E. What Spider-Man lacks in these areas, however, he more than makes up for in power and toughness. Daredevil can smash through concrete blocks and even walls, and can survive being smashed through a wall himself and falling two stories without suffering serious injuries. Spider-Man, however, packs enough of a wallop to stagger Giant-Man. He had no trouble being slapped by Giant-Man, catching Winter Soldier’s punch, or having a jet bridge fall on him. He also survived being blasted through multiple school buses by the Shocker and made it out alive after a building collapsed on him (yes, these were after Civil War, but they were in his homemade suit, which was not as advanced as the suit he wore in Civil War). Spider-Man gets the advantage due to his superior striking power and durability, despite Daredevil’s fighting skills.

Spider-Man’s webs are the final deciding factor. His web shooters give him a range of hundreds of meters, whereas Daredevil at best has a range of a few meters with his billy clubs.
