How do you guys feel about the revelation that Loki was being influenced by the Mind Stone in the first Avengers movie by making him angrier towards Thor and the Earthlings?
Does this change how you perceive him as a character?

Idk, I kinda just assumed he was from the beginning.
So basically the best villain in the MCU was a fraud.
It makes him less villainous i guess.
@Pkakumanu.....welcome back.
@Everyone in this wiki.....HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
It doesn't change anything for me. He did hate Thor and the humans and the Mind Stone just increased that so he's still a jerk.
Isn't wanda and quicksilver supposed to be corrupted too since they got their powers from it?
@Bund
Basically on Loki’s section on Marvel.com they edited a passage to confirm it.

Don't forget Vision (Stone user), after all it's all according to Thanos' plans
I always thought there was something off about him the first avengers movie. I couldn't really put my finger on it though. I always assumed he was because the writers had to in order for the plot to go forward. For him to be evil enough to do everything they wanted to do in the movie. Even if it was a slight change of character from how he was in the first Thor movie. I never thought this was the reason but it does kind of make sense and explain that minor inaccuracy. And remember there is that scene where Loki is fighting Thor and Thor tries to talk him down and stop the invasion. However Loki says "It's too late." As if he wanted to stop and he was fighting to shake off the mind stone influence but decided not to resist because it was too late and he couldn't stop the invasion.
