<p>Namor the Sub-Mariner: He is a Marvel character, created in 1939. He is essentially the Marvel version of Aquaman.</p>
Namor is one of those characters with the complicated movie rights, like The Hulk. Not impossible to have him in the MCU, but Feige called it “complicated” and I will take his word. So whether they want to work with complication would depend on whether we see him in a movie like Black Panther.

<p>I don't know about him appearing in Black Panther 2, I don't even know the chances of anything in Black Panther 2, but if he isn't introduced prior to the film, I wouldn't mind seeing him appear, he is a pretty cool character, and it's one more character that leads towards the Illuminati.</p>

Nah I'd much rather see him in his own movie first than in a cameo or a supporting appearance.
Well if Namor is still own by another studio, then he would probably not get his own MCU movie. Black Panther would be a great place for him to appear.
