Well, considering that we will only get probably 1 Avengers film per phase, the villain will usually be someone who would require a full team of heroes to stop them. Someone like Galactus or even the Masters of Evil. But for other villains, they will all be in solo films fighting 1 or 2 heroes.

And just another point on the villains of the MCU, they are all not bad. I don't see a problem with any of the MCU villains. People sau that Kilmonger is the greatest MCU villain all because we feel sorry for him and in some way he wants to do what's right. And because of that, any other villain who, you know, acts like a villain, wanting to destroy the world etc. is a terrible villain because they're one note. They're villains, we're not meant to sympathy for them, we are meant to hate them. Do you know who is considered the greatest villain of all time? Heath Ledger's Joker. But I don't think anyone feels bad for him, we don't think he is doing what is right. So villains can be great by just being exactly that, villains. Now I'm not saying that Malekith (the elf from Thor 2) is the greatest villain, there are problems with that movie and some goes towards him. But he still did his role, a menacing character that created a complication for the hero to overcome or evil would win and the world would be lost. Done, as easy as that. That goes for everyone else: Iron Monger, Abomination, Whiplash, Red Skull, Aldrich Killian, Alexander Pierce, Ronan the Accuser, Ultron, Yellow Jacket, Keacilius, Hela etc. They were all villains and did such. Granted, I understand that some weren't the greatest (I don't just give them a pass because they are villains, they've got to at least make an impression i.e. Joker). And that's why some MCU villains are considered higher then the ones listed: Loki (we get like 7 movies of him and he turns into a good guy), Baron Zemo, Vulture and Thanos. And all of them have one thing in common, we get their backstory and are made to understand where they are coming from. And that's great, but it isn't a requirement for a great villain, they tried it with Ghost and it didn't work as well as they wanted it to. So point is, villains are meant to be villains, we don't feel sorry for them, however it would be better if they were a little less one-note and didn't die when they first appear.

Sorry for ranting about something else, but I felt I needed to get this out.
