Spidey is much more strong durable fast agile all that. However Cap is much more skilled and a better fighter. And the physical difference between the two isn't so much that Cap's punches don't hurt.

In terms of Ingenuity Cap has a far better understanding of a battlefield, or a fight than Spidey and can think on the spot as we've seen multiple times.

Peter has similar abilities and as for inventiveness, he may not be as inventive as strategies go but he is inventive in a technical way and could probably fashion his own makeshift devices if he were in a death match.

As for spidey it depends on his suit, the Iron spider would be extremely useful and may give him an edge he needs, well if he activates instant kill.

Cap in his latest rendition is a bit less effective than when he possessed his older style shield as he lacks a throwing ability. But for this battle we'll give him some wakandan throwing spears which could give him an edge aswell. His current shields are useful but I think he has more of an advantage as experience is involved.

Although Spiderman has the newer gadgets I'll give this fight to Cap.

Cap but Spider-Man is really strong but I think in the fighting part cap is better even of they are exactly as strong as each other

It’s a war vet vs a child, cap every time without questIon. Even without his shield cap still wins. Iron spider may have a chance but I’d still bet on cap.

A more professional, older and experienced Spiderman can win Captain America. Right now Captain America has more experience than Spiderman. So in the MCU right now, i would say Captain America will win Spiderman in a battle.

Cap only wins due to experience. He's also holding back.
