No. Vorker's eye, the one that he asks for in Guardians 1 and that Groot retrieves in Guardians 2, is a different eye.
This one's from Contraxia and acquired more recently:
"If fate does want you to kill that crapsack... you're gonna need more than one stupid eyeball."
"What's this?"
"What's it look like? Some jerk lost a bet with me on Contraxia."
"He gave you his eye?"
"No, he gave me 100 credits. I snuck into his room later that night and stole his eye."

Oh. Thought it was the same. I remember Groot stealing an eye and Rocket being unable to control himself with laughter as he told Groot to leave the eye with him
