Well, thats tricky, but Hela woild probably lose
If asgard is not destroyed, can Hela die? If not immortal match. I'd like to throw surtur into that fight, with the eternal flame, in dormomu's dark realm.

Good point, But hela can not kill Dormammu, isn't he a universe? Or did I misunderstand?

@TheWinterSolider, No Dormammu isn't a Universe, I'm pretty sure he's a cosmic entity/being.
