<p>Is it possible that Hela survived Thor Ragnarok? Although Surtur obliterated Asgard, Hela is the Goddess of Death, meaning that she could have the capability to cheat death, including her own. If she really did die in Thor Ragnarok, then wouldn't that mean that she would go back to Hel? If I recall correctly, she used a portal to get to Norway, where her father, Odin, died. At the end of the film, I would assume that she knew about the prophecy of Ragnarok, and therefore, discreetly created a portal back to Hel in an attempt to survive. She was shown to have survived being stabbed or being severly injured, especially when an Asgardian soldier attempted to pierce her through the stomach. In the comics, Hela and Thanos are in love with each other. If he acquired one of the stones, then he could maybe bring her back to life. So is possible that Hela might make a brief appearance in Avengers: Infinity War?

<p>I really loved her in Thor and would love it if she turned out to still be alive. With Asgard's destruction she would not be invincible and her power would be diminished. But I think that only means she would not be immortal and would not regenerate from wounds like she did in the film, she was capable of destroying Thor's hammer with a single hand while on Earth so she would still be a pretty big threat. Also it would be neat if she had a scar on her face as a result from Surt's sword making her resemble her comic counterpart more.

<p>No unfortunately, she was not in infinity war. But I would love if marvel confirms that she is the incarnation of lady death of mcu and would returns for Avengers 4.
