I think Agamotto pre-dates the Asgardians showing up. Skull's only basis is the Tesseract. </div> <p>Thor didn't know that the humans had sorcerers too. <p>There is no Dark Elf magic in the MCU. They use the highly advanced technology. The Aether is just a tool, a battery with unlimited energy, like every other Infinity Stone. It's not magical but it can be used by both scientists and magicians. </p>

<p>I think the Kursed Stones count as magic, because more matter is being created than what is actually there physically. </p>

Using that logic we could say that Bruce Banner is a magical creature because he becomes two or three times bigger when he turns into the Hulk.

<p>Most of the items in Odin's Vault just stand there all the time without being used. We have no idea what their powers are. Maybe they are magical in the comics, but that doesn't mean it's the same case in the MCU. </p>

<p>Sorry to bring up this old discussion but I had a question that I didn't think required the creation of a new one. That being: should elemental, or at least aerokinesis, magic be added under Eldritch Magic's abilities? When the Ancient One is demonstrating and explaining what magic is to Strange, the magic circle she formed causes a strong wind to blow at him. The first image on that page is even from that scene. </p>

<p>No, it's just the displacement of air from new matter or energetic appearing suddenly. Like the gust of wind from an explosion or when a heavy object is dropped to the ground. </p>
