I guess you're right the two didn't become Spider-Man's enemies almost at the same time as I was led to believe. And they only worked together as members of Sinister Six. But many Spider-Man villains deserve to appear in MCU, because I hope the character deserves it due to his popularity. If too many characters will be changed only because of making these films completely different from those directed by Raimi or Webb, I won't be happy.

Most of them wouldn't be seen until they run out of Spidey more popular-non-adapted-to-live-action villains as main villains, althought many of them are way more known and important to the story that other Spidey foes: Green Goblin (archnemesis), Dr. Octopus(he is kind of a second to Norman as an archnemesis), Venom(part of the symbionte saga, and "evil version"), Lizard, Electro and Sandman (famous spider foes and member of the Sinester Six)

So the ones they can use are: Mysterio, Chamaleon, Kraven, Jackal, Scorpion, Hobgoblin(but they need Green Goblin first), Carnage & other symbiontes(but they need Venom first), Hydro-Man, Beetle, Molten Man, Morbius, Living Brain, Big Man, Taratula, Silvermane, etc.

Would love to see the Sinister Six in a Future sequel soon!!

They may or may not appear considering they don't want to repeat anything done yet, so maybe later?
