<p>Guys, just a little thought I had earlier - now that Spidey & Co. are joining us in the MCU, how exactly would the Osborns and Oscorp be introduced?

</p><p>I think it may be possible that with Stark Industries no longer pumping out weapons or military equipment, and Justin Hammer imprisoned, it'd be the perfect opportunity for someone else to step up and take the new job opening. Who else but Stormin' Norman would be capable of that?

<p>I personally think that having Osborn being built up to being the the Green Goblin would be a nice way to go about things. Like, in <i>Homecoming</i>, he could be the one who fires Adrian Toomes, causing Toomes to become the Vulture and take revenge.

<p>Hopefully, I mean, I did enjoy Green Goblin, overall, as a villain. Sam Raimi's was alright (Norman Osborn, not Harry) & TASM's one was freakin utterly-rubbish. </p>

<p>Maybe if they could keep the personality of Raimi's Goblin, but go back to the origin of him trying to become the leader of the criminal underworld, that would be cool.

<p>I do hope that they introduce Norman in Homecoming. Possibly, a slightly father figure to both Peter & Harry. Or we can see Iron Man busy being dealt with Norman, harassing him, etc. etc. like that after what happened with the Sokovia Accords.

<p>Here's a really crazy, but plausible theory.
</p><p>In an Avengers film based off of <i>Dark Reign</i> from the comics, introduce Norman Osborn as the OsCorp CEO who proposes the creation of HAMMER as backup private security agency. In secret, he also wishes to replace the Avengers with his own corrupt version of superheroes to solidify his global influence. But when his plans are foiled, he is driven insane in the battle.
</p><p>To cope, he demands the creation of an altered Super Soldier Serum (Goblin Formula) in order to take down the Avengers himself. Instead, it completely drives him crazy and he begins terrorizing New York, leading him into conflict with Spider-Man.

<p>Incorporate him in a sequel of Homecoming ASAP. I feel like this is necessary if we want to see a proper Dark Reign movie. The main reason Dark Reign works so well was because Peter was forced to endure the knowledge that his greatest enemy has been given the key to the city. It goes beyond personal for Peter Parker. This doesn't work at all if Dark Reign was the first movie Norman is introduced.
</p><p>Thus, he needs to appear BEFORE a Secret Invasion Avengers movie, where Norman fires the shot that stops the Skrulls, thus earning some right to become leader of America like in Dark Reign, then forming the Dark Avengers which can be the sequel to Secret Invasion (Dark Reign can come after Dark Avengers).
</p><p>But like I said, Peter needs to have a strong history with Norman for this to work.

<p>Rather have Norman as an anti-hero who establish Thunderbolts to eliminate Hydra’s remains & redeemed the brainwashed & misguided or those who was forced to work for that terrorist. </p><p>Think EMH animated for example. </p>
