Ragnarok has been described as the end of Asgard. This cycle recurrs when everyone dies then they are reborn, as it were. But this would be the death of Asgardians. Loki wouldn't be affected by Ragnarok because he isn't Asgardian - he's a Frost Giant by birth. I'm wondering if they are going to take this escape route for Loki so he could be in the Infinity Wars (as Thanos' stooge, of course)?

Personally, no Enchantress in this movie, despite rumors. This is a character that uses magic as roofies to get men to sleep with her. If the genders were reversed there would be an outcry; and if the Enchantress were doing this looking like Mama June from "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" there would be a bigger outcry. If they bring her in and she does her thing, I would like the unwilling bed partner aspect seriously addressed.

No confirmation that Natalie Portman is out for Ragnarok, not from a reliable source like Variety or Marvel itself. This would be a chance to beef up Jane's character in Ragnarok or in future MCU movies because of her exposure to the Aether and its after effects. During the Civil War in the comics Jane Foster was anit-registration and was part of the resistance group of the new law. In the MCU she would have reason to side with Cap for anti-registration because of her exposure and Erik Selvig's treatment by authorities because of his unwilling role in the attack in New York. It gives her reason to ditch her milquetoast rebound Richard (if true) from The Dark World.

Thor/Sif - not seeing it because 1) she would be a rebound like she was in the comics; and 2) and if Ragnarok takes out a lot of Asgardians she would be a potential casualty.

Thoughts?
